Where we work
Our head office is in Kumasi, but our work is not limited to one city.
- Across Ghana. Our team has installed and integrated systems in hospitals, laboratories and businesses from Western North to the Upper West, and from Greater Accra to the Volta Region.
- Outside Ghana. HIMS-Odyssey is available in English, French and Portuguese, and we take on projects for clients in other countries.
- Remote support. Systems can be monitored, updated and supported remotely, with on-site visits whenever they are needed.
How we work
- We build for real-world conditions. Our systems run on servers at your premises and keep working on the local network when the internet does not. They follow local requirements, from NHIS claims and GRA invoices in Ghana to the rules of each country we work in.
- We install what we build. Cabling, cabinets, workstations and power backup come from the same team, so one company is responsible from the server to the screen.
- We stay after go-live. Every department is trained before the switch-over, and our software training and support team remains available by phone and WhatsApp.
